When a home or business is damaged, you're the one who helps put it back together. You'll work with project managers, learn new skills, and take hands-on tasks that truly make a difference. This job is active, physical, and changes day-to-day — great for someone who likes working with their hands, solving problems, and seeing real results. Our project managers are always willing to train the right applicant if and when the need arises.Job DutiesHelp project managers with daily tasksUse the right tools for remodeling workInterior finish carpentry (trim, flooring, cabinetry, etc.)Assist with restoration tasks like painting, staining, drywall repair, tile work, insulation, and basic plumbing/electricalMove and transport equipment and materialsKeep job sites and tools cleanTrack your time at each job siteComplete other general tasks as neededFollow all company safety rulesQualificationsRequired:High School Diploma or GEDAble to speak and write in EnglishBasic math skillsComfortable lifting 50+ lbsAble to safely use hand and power toolsStrong work ethic, positive attitude, and professionalismGood customer service skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAble to pass a background checkWilling to wear PPE and work in mountain weather conditionsPreferred:Construction experienceExperience with multiple phases of constructionBasic plumbing or electrical knowledgeStrong communication skillsWork EnvironmentThis job involves working indoors and outdoors in all types of weather. You may work in tight spaces, around dust, debris, or damaged materials. The work can include climbing, lifting, and using tools.
