Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk COTS and complex build‑to‑print subcontracts.What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Management Senior you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams, overseeing procurement delegation, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Developing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.Preparing bid packages, conducting bidders' conferences, and evaluating proposals.Negotiating subcontract provisions, pricing, and awarding contracts.Administering subcontracts and managing change activities throughout the lifecycle.Coordinating with DOD, commercial, and international program stakeholders.Why Join UsThe ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with deep expertise in subcontract management and a proven track record of delivering results on complex programs.
