Service Areas: Schiller Park, Des Plaines, Arlington Heights, Elgin, Schaumburg, Palos Hills, and West Dundee, IL

Compensation
$78–$88 per hour
✨ Position Highlights
Flexible part-time opportunity
Caseload of only 1–3 clients
No minimum hour requirement
No maximum hour limit
No meeting requirements
Administrative support provided
Choice of:
Daytime clients
Afternoon/evening clients
A mix of daytime and afternoon clients

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Ensure ethical and high-quality ABA service delivery
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
