What You'll Do

• Provide expert emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment
• Perform IV starts and monitor telemetry continuously
• Manage patient ratios of 1:4 efficiently
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care
• Respond effectively to stroke and cardiac emergencies using NIHSS, ACLS, and PALS protocols
• Document clinical assessments and interventions accurately
• Float between ER units as needed, supporting various patient needs

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license or applicable state licensure
• BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications
• At least 2 years ER experience and 1 year travel ER experience
• Proficient in IV placement and telemetry monitoring
• Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and teamwork mindset
