If you are committed to your career, we want to be part of your development and journey.**The Assistant Manager Role**As an Assistant Manager, you are a critical part of the Leadership Team in your restaurant, coaching and developing team members so you, your team members and your store are successful. Working with the Restaurant Operating Partner, you will help manage the restaurant for success delivering made-to-order menu items for guests with a unique mix of fun, food, and hospitality.Key to the success of the restaurant, Assistant Managers have responsibility for daily operations, including leadership, motivating team members, building relationships with guests and achieving objectives via key performance indicators (KPIs) such as driving sales, guest count, profitability, hospitality, safety and cleanliness, food, and labor costs, etc.Assistant Managers help train and develop team members to ensure shifts run smoothly with an emphasis on speed of service, hospitality and safety & cleanliness. This role is key to recruiting and retaining key team members by how they lead and manage, keeping abreast of coaching opportunities and recognizing a “job well done” on the team.Assistant Managers help set the tone for the restaurant, making it a place guests want to visit for exceptional hospitality and high quality, made to order menu items while creating a work culture so that the restaurant is a place where team members have fun and people want to work.
