Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging and Bottling Associate to join our team in Milwaukee, WI, 53204. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are bottled and packaged efficiently and meet our quality standards. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for maintaining high-quality production processes, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Operate packaging machinery and bottling equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Label and package finished products according to company standards.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and organization of the packaging area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical skills to operate and troubleshoot machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to comprehend/communicate in English
- A team-oriented mindset.
