Warehouse Manager

Skills and Experience Needed: Lead and supervise warehouse associates, providing training, coaching, and performance management Oversee the safe loading and unloading of trucks while ensuring products are handled and stored properly Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment Ensure efficient use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and warehouse management systems Inspect incoming shipments and resolve any damage, discrepancies, or delivery issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse that complies with company policies and safety standards Coordinate deliveries, product assembly, and special customer requests as needed Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity Collaborate with store management and vendors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service Requirements: Previous warehouse leadership, supervisory, or management experience required Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification preferred Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and meet operational goals Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks when necessary Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills Background check and drug screening are required A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a positive team environment This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader who enjoys managing people, improving processes, and ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently while supporting exceptional customer experiences.
