Position Overview As a Construction Estimator , you’ll support our sales and project teams by pricing and quoting commercial jobs. This role is central to the growth of our company, helping us move toward a streamlined, estimator-led quoting process. What You’ll Do Collaborate with sales reps and project managers to generate detailed, accurate job estimates Work from takeoffs, blueprints, site photos, and Google Maps to evaluate scope and requirements Use our automated proposal software to prepare client‑ready quotes and specifications Provide guidance on labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor needs Help refine and improve our estimating process for speed, accuracy, and profitability Contribute to job costing analysis and pricing feedback as part of the sales process Qualifications Experience in construction, estimating, or a related trade (roofing experience helpful but not required) Strong math and problem‑solving skills Familiarity with blueprint reading preferred (or a willingness to learn) Ability to interpret scopes of work and job specifications Technologically savvy—able to learn and adapt to proposal software and digital tools Organized, detail‑oriented, and team-focused Salary Range : $80,000 – $110,000 (based on experience) Benefits Package includes: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and health savings account Paid time off and retirement plan Ready to Join the Team?
