Candidate Source is looking for a recruiter who wants to run a territory, not fill a seat. If you're motivated by hitting numbers and hate sitting still, keep reading. You'll ramp into your own desk—we'll get you grounded, then hand you accounts to run as you prove you can carry them.

We place top talent into warehouse, manufacturing, and light industrial roles across Virginia. We're in the field—on client sites, next to the work—not stuck behind a desk. If you can balance speed and quality and lead the process from intake to placement, we want to talk.

What You'll Own:

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and place hourly and skilled candidates—start to finish, it's yours.

• Client Partnership: Become the hiring advisor clients call first. Understand their needs, deliver consistently, earn the relationship.

• On-Site Engagement: Build relationships at client locations, check in with new hires, and make onboarding smooth.

• Pipeline Depth: Build a bench so deep you're never scrambling to fill a same-day order.

• Market Insight: Stay ahead of pay rates, competitors, and workforce shifts in your market.

• Team Collaboration: Share what's working and push the whole team's numbers up.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (agency/staffing strongly preferred). Earlier in your career? If you're hungry, coachable, and can prove it, make your case.

• A track record filling high-volume industrial or warehouse roles.

• Strong relationship-building with candidates and clients alike.

• The ability to juggle multiple openings and priorities without dropping balls.

• A proactive, solutions-first problem solver.

• Comfortable running independently while working closely with the team.
