Job Requirements

Board: BC or BE (Eligible within 3-5 years of residency)

Licenses: Active OR license

DEA: Yes

Certifications: ATLS

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED

Manage and stabilize acute medical conditions, including trauma, cardiac, and respiratory emergencies

Perform necessary procedures (e.g., suturing, intubation, central line placement) as per privileges

Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and ancillary departments for patient care

Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in Epic EMR
