Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• State Educational Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not essential
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Open to SLPs with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence), SLPs who are Clinical Fellows (CFY), and those passionate about pediatric populations

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to a varied caseload of students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to communicative needs
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
• Maintain detailed documentation in line with school and state requirements
• Provide assessment, evaluation, and intervention services using current evidence-based practices
• Support both English-speaking and multilingual students to foster inclusive communication
