Mattress Firm seeks a results-driven Store Sales Manager to lead Retail Operations in a high-energy, customer-focused environment. You’ll coach and develop a sales team, drive store performance, and ensure every guest finds their ideal sleep solution. Responsibilities include managing sales goals, KPIs, merchandising, inventory, and daily operations while delivering exceptional service aligned with our culture of integrity and collaboration.
