Mobile Apartment Turns Technician - Field Operations

$24 - $25 per hour

Ecco Living is hiring a Field Operations Technician to turn over, prepare, and inspect our residential apartments across Los Angeles. This is a field role, not a desk job, with daily travel between properties. You will ensure apartments are ready for residents and assist with basic tech setup. The position runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with mileage reimbursement and a wage of $24–$25 per hour depending on experience.
