Key Responsibilities – Process & Application Engineeri ngThe Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Application, Design and Specification of Ejectors, Eductors, Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps and Systems thereo f.Technical and Engineering Review of End User RFQ’s. Select and size appropriate vacuum and auxiliary equipment appropriate to meet the end user requirements including performance guarante esSupport troubleshooting, optimization, and debottlenecking of existing syste msMaintain, develop and continuously improve existing proprietary Vacuum system application and sizing method Technical Customer Engagement entSupport proposal development including technical descriptions, performance guarantees, and scope definit ionServe as the technical interface between customers, sales, and internal mechanical engineering te amsParticipate in customer meetings, site visits, and technical presentations as requi redSupport system startup, commissioning, and performance validation as requi Product & Market Development mentAssist with development of standardized and modular vacuum systems and supporting literature.Provide feedback on customer needs, application gaps, and product improvement opportuni tiesMonitor industry trends in process vacuum, separation technologies, and energy optimiza tion Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field 3+ years of DIRECT EXPERIEINCE with design, sizing and application of Vacuum Ejectors, Eductors, Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps, and Hybrid Sys tems.Strong understanding of Condensers applicable to process vacuum systems including surface and barometric conden sers.Ability to read and develop PFDs and P&am p;IDsComfortable working directly with customers in technical or applications rolesWillingness to travel as req Preferred Qualifications Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, food processing, specialty chemical, or thermal power indu striesExperience supporting custom-engineered capital equipment Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and troubleshooting ab ilitiesClear communicator able to explain complex technical c onceptsSelf-directed, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects and cu #J-18808-Ljbffr Brightpath Associates LLC
