Dental Hygienist

$7,500 Welcome Bonus Included! Job Details My Crossroads Dentist with Dr Place and Dr Cain are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Location: 1849 Wentzville Parkway, Wentzville, Missouri 63385 Work Schedule: Monday 9:30‑7:00 pm, Tuesday 7:30‑5:00 pm, Wednesday 7:30‑5:00 pm, Thursday 6:30‑3:00 pm, every other Friday 7:30‑1:00 pm. 2‑doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix. 60‑minute recare, 90‑minute new patient appointment. Bi‑weekly hourly pay with option for Daily Pay. Ability to earn daily and quarterly bonuses. Provides iTero, Velscope, and CE coverage. Full‑time: minimum 30 hrs for full benefits package (UnitedHealthcare PPO, paid holidays, 401(k), dental, vision, wellness, etc.). Part‑time benefits include dental, paid holidays, 401(k), wellness. Highest quality supplies and labs. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Missouri. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care. Clinical needs as required by office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as required, with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing; able to lift up to 45 lb at times. Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically. TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions.
