Position Physical Therapist Outpatient Location: UCHealth Parkview Medical Center, Pueblo CO Department: PPW OP Rehab Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 per hour, dependent on relevant experience. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Colorado State licensure as a Physical Therapist. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. Card must be good through sixty days of hire. Responsibilities Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care, including various imaging and radiologic procedures. Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Model proficiency through precepting those new to imaging and/or UCHealth. Welcome new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Assess and diagnose: conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans: create individualized plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, using a variety of therapeutic techniques. Educate and instruct patients: provide education to patients and families to empower them in recovery and promote long‑term well‑being.
