Our organization is on the lookout for BC/BE OB/GYN Physicians to become part of a successful and established private OB/GYN practice located in South Jersey . Our team comprises 8 physicians, midwives, and nurse practitioners , dedicated to serving a varied patient demographic within a collaborative and nurturing setting.

This position is conveniently situated near Philadelphia , close to the New Jersey shore , and roughly 1.5 hours from both NYC and Baltimore . It presents an excellent opportunity for professional advancement alongside a remarkable quality of life. The area boasts extensive parks and recreational activities, including the Pinelands National Reserve with its vast hiking trails and waterways. Our local schools and universities are highly rated, and the region is rich in cultural attractions, including museums, sports teams, and historic landmarks such as The Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.

OB/GYN Position - Key Features

• Become part of a growing team of 8 physicians, midwives, and NPs

We provide guided mentorship to enhance your skills in MIG and advanced surgical techniques, including:

• da Vinci® robotic surgery

• Acessa fibroid treatment

• Single-site laparoscopy

• Office-based procedures such as:

• Hysteroscopy

• Endometrial ablation

• CO2 laser treatment

Compensation & Future Ownership Opportunities

• Competitive starting salary ranging from $240,000 to $270,000 in the first year.

GYN-Only Position - Key Features

We are also looking for a GYN-ONLY physician to work a four-day (or equivalent) schedule alongside a team of 3 physicians and 1 NP.

• No obstetrics coverage required

• Provide care for women at all life stages, from adolescence to menopause

• Office-based procedures and surgical options available at the same surgical center or hospital mentioned earlier

• Experience in adolescent/pediatric gynecology is beneficial but not mandatory
