- Customer Service : Greet guests, take orders, and ensure a friendly experience.
- Food & Beverage Prep : Make coffee, espresso drinks, sandwiches, and baked goods to brand standards.
- Cash Handling : Operate the register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance : Keep the store tidy, sanitize workstations, and restock supplies.
- Teamwork : Support fellow crew members and communicate effectively during busy shifts.
- No formal education required; high school diploma or GED is a plus.
- Prior experience in food service or retail is helpful but not necessary.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- Passion for customer service and a positive attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
