This position has been opened to cover a caregiver who is on leave. ***31-Week contract*** - Schedule: 5x8hr, Monday-Friday, 0830-1700 - Start Date: 9/21/2026 - End Date: 4/23/2027 (the leave is scheduled to end this week) - Years of experience REQ: 2 years of experience working as an RN in an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab is REQUIRED - First-timers accepted: Yes - Weekend REQ: No - Is on-call REQ? No - Will this traveler need to float between like units? No - Locals accepted: Yes - License REQ: RN License - Required Skills: CARDIAC CATH LAB PROCEDURES Pacemaker/Defibrillator lead extraction/removal Watchman procedure ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY PROCEDURES Arrhythmia Induction Cardiac Ablation Cardiac Mapping Cardioversion Conduction Studies Insertion/Programming of AICDs Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure Pacemaker Insertion MEDICATION Antiarrhythmics Antihypertensives Thrombolytics PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Cardioversion Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG PATIENT ENGAGEMENT Patient education, especially around lifestyle and medication adherence TEAM COLLABORATION Quality improvement initiatives FACILITY HIGHLIGHTS Type of Facility: Heart & Vascular Clinic Attire / Scrub Color: Any color scrubs Charting: EPIC (experience REQUIRED)
