You will handle policy endorsements, review coverage details, and accurately process policy transactions to ensure our customers' needs are met efficiently. Problem-Solving: Analyzing customer situations and finding effective solutions to meet their unique requirements. Your strong problem‑solving skills, combined with a customer‑centric approach, will play a vital role in resolving customer concerns and providing optimal solutions. Collaboration: Working closely with Colin Fane's team and other professionals in a supportive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
