We're looking for a polished and service-focused In-Room Dining Server who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences directly to our guests' rooms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys independent work while staying connected to a fast-paced hospitality team.

What We're Looking For

You're someone who:

• Has prior food & beverage or hospitality experience (preferred)
• Communicates clearly and works well with both kitchen and hotel teams
• Is detail-oriented and takes pride in presentation and accuracy
• Provides warm, professional, and personalized guest interactions
• Understands responsible alcohol service and ID verification
• Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Holds (or can obtain after hire with company support) a food handler's card and RBS certification

What You'll Be Doing

As an In-Room Dining Server, you'll be responsible for delivering a seamless and elevated dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and maintaining your assigned station according to standards
• Completing pre-shift and post-shift side work
• Coordinating with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Preparing and properly setting up in-room dining trays
• Delivering food and beverages promptly, professionally, and with attention to detail
• Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipating additional needs
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
• Accurately entering orders and managing checks in the POS system
• Applying charges to correct guest rooms and processing payments when needed
• Following proper service sequence and communication protocols
• Checking IDs and adhering to responsible alcohol service standards
• Staying informed on menu offerings, specials, and promotions

This role requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support business needs.
