Duties include but not limited to: Invoice analysis - Curing of vendor submitted invoices, documents, issue a certificate of acceptance Forward to field Supervisor of Elevator Mechanic for final review/amendments which confirms what work was and was not performed. Vendor outreach - email correspondence, phone communication Data storage - uploading invoices (share drive, spread sheets, Amended invoice tracker) physical copying & filing. There are certain medical and physical requirements. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Maximo and Oracle.
