This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF). Role Overview Part-time (2-3 days per week) within Monday – Friday No nights or weekends Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns Provide brief interventions and behavioral management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Coverage area includes Huntington and Charleston, WV, and Morgantown, WV (virtual) Compensation and Benefits Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $55,553 – $66,664 annually with no cap on productivity income Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided 401k for part-time Uncapped compensation paid biweekly Industry-leading onboarding training program Company issued iPad supporting seamless remote access for enhanced collaboration Developed infrastructure with extensive back office as well as local management support Professional liability insurance Qualifications Active, unrestrictedIndiana license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C Active DEA or willingness to obtain New grads accepted Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred About the City In addition to being a gateway city for recreational activities in the mountains and on nearby rivers, Charleston is a destination in and of itself for the the culture, fun and exciting experiences for the whole family.
