Retail Inventory Associate - Driver Hourly Rate Range: $17.50 - $22.50 Responsibilities Safety First – Drive team members safely to and from inventory events, following traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, and perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision and accuracy. Follow a clear, consistent workflow as provided in the playbook. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and work toward productivity‑based wage increases. Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age for qualified van driver, 18 for personal vehicle use. Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, and/or Warehouse work. No inventory experience is acceptable with training. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout shifts. Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude. No degree required. Experience returning to the workforce is welcome. Military experience is an asset. Access to reliable transportation. Valid driver’s license within the state of residence, held for a minimum of 36 consecutive months. Minimum three (3) years proven driving experience. Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check. Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations. Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.
