The Mission Drive Results: Oversee daily operations to hit sales targets, manage P&L, and control labor and food costs without sacrificing quality. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 2–4 years of restaurant management experience (Fast-casual or Full-service preferred). Leadership Mojo: A proven track record of motivating teams and reducing turnover through positive reinforcement and clear accountability. Business Savvy: Strong understanding of restaurant financials, inventory management, and scheduling. Problem-Solver: You remain calm under pressure and can pivot quickly when the "Friday night rush" throws a curveball. Local Connection: Knowledge of the Frisco market is a huge plus!
