Pereview Software is seeking a high-impact Implementation Project Manager to join our growing Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading multiple end-to-end implementations of Pereview Software across our global client base, driving successful delivery, strong client adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager who will lead multiple concurrent SaaS implementations, managing both Pereview team members and client stakeholders to deliver projects on time, on budget, and of high quality. A critical success factor is industry experience in Commercial Real Estate, Financial Services or Accounting, with understanding of business processes, reporting and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading full lifecycle implementations from inception to completion.
• Working with commercial real estate firms who are looking to leverage technology to automate their processes and manage their enterprise data better.
• Managing and executing detailed project plans across multiple engagements.
• Stewarding Pereview resources and client teams to drive alignment and delivery.
• Regularly communicating and managing statuses with internal and external stakeholders, including key accomplishments, next steps, issues/risks, escalation, and budget.
• Maintaining high standards of documentation, process discipline, and delivery quality.
• Managing project financials such as timesheet entry, resource forecasting, utilization analysis, and expense management.
