We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team at North Coast Seafood company as a Floorman. The Floorman will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the seafood processing facility, ensuring a clean and organized work area, and supporting the overall production process.

The AM Floorman work a 1st shift 4:30am starting and work through the day; (until production end).

Shift and Schedule: Monday-Friday

Salary range is $16.00 an hour.

Requirements

• Valid ID
• Ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work with others to achieve production goals
• Ability to arrive on time to on time, prepared for the workday

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
• Work up to a 10-hour workday: standing/walking most of the day
• Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
• Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
• Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
• Exposure to temperatures: <32 degrees Fahrenheit
• Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
• Ability to use tools and equipment, including knives
• Assist in the processing and packaging of seafood products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area to ensure food safety standards are met.
