Entry Level Sales Agent

Job Description

Job Description

At Alpine Legacy Group, we believe anyone with drive and determination can build a strong career—no experience required. We specialize in supplemental health insurance, helping families and small to medium sized businesses protect what matters most. If you’re willing to learn, work hard, and show up with purpose, you can build a career here that grows as fast as you do. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for entry-level individuals eager to step into a role with real growth potential. You’ll have the freedom to influence your income, your schedule, and your long-term path—supported by strong training and a team that wants you to win. What You’ll Do

Train side-by-side with experienced mentors who teach you step-by-step.

Meet with families and business owners to introduce supplemental health insurance options that provide meaningful financial protection.

Learn simple, proven sales systems that build confidence quickly.

Set personal goals, hit them, and move up based on performance—not tenure.

What You Need to Bring

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Clear communication skills and comfort meeting new people.

A coachable attitude—we’ll teach you the rest.

No prior experience required—this is ground-up training.

What You’ll Get

Weekly pay + uncapped commissions—your effort drives your income.

Bonuses, vested renewals, and share-based incentives.

Company-paid incentive trips for top performers.

Health, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days.

A clear path from entry-level to leadership roles as you grow.
