Electro-Mechanical Field Service Technician

Travel to customer sites to provide technical assistance, diagnose equipment issues, and offer solutions for resolving problems related to electro-mechanical systems

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of electromechanical equipment, including but not limited to motors, pumps, generators, conveyors, robotics, and other machinery

Utilize your knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems to analyze and identify the root cause of equipment malfunctions and implement effective repair strategies

Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new electro-mechanical systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and function properly

Maintain accurate records of service activities, including equipment inspections, repairs performed, parts used, and any other relevant information Prepare detailed service reports and communicate findings to customers and internal teams

Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, providing technical guidance, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services

Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment, emphasizing safety protocols and best practices

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in electro-mechanical systems. Proactively suggest improvements to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our product

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional programming certifications or Electrical Engineering degree is preferred

Proven experience as an Electro-Mechanical Field Service Technician or a similar role, with a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems

Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electro-mechanical equipment

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles, including wiring, circuitry, motors, and mechanical components

Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically under pressure

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members

Willingness to travel frequently and work independently in a variety of customer environments

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Travel required- 50 to 75%
