Position at Clarvida - Idaho Youth Crisis Center Clinician Location: Nampa, Idaho Employment Type: PRN Salary: $27–$28/hour Sign on Bonus: $1,000 Date Posted: 3/13/26 About the Role When youth experience a behavioral health crisis, they require focused, compassionate, and skilled support. As a Youth Crisis Center Clinician, you will provide crisis stabilization and therapeutic intervention to youth in immediate behavioral health need. Your role centers on building healthy relationships, teaching coping and social skills, providing assessments, delivering counseling, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure stabilization and safe discharge planning. This position includes completing initial assessments, providing crisis counseling, facilitating individual, group, and family sessions, coordinating with service providers, maintaining timely documentation, using de-escalation techniques, and identifying discharge goals. You will work closely with a supportive crisis team dedicated to rapid stabilization and youth safety.
