Teach skills that allow children to thrive and build independence. Write detailed session notes and documentation. Behavior Technician (BT) Qualifications and Skills: Experience as a Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist preferred. Driver’s license and reliable access to transportation. Detail-oriented and reliable. Experience implementing ABA therapy preferred.
