Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist for a Florida-based/remote role. You will focus on niche, hard-to-reach candidates in biomanufacturing and related technical operations.

This dedicated sourcing position works with recruiters to build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and maintain market maps across engineering, GMP/quality, and cell & gene therapy. We value strategic search mastery and strong networks.
