Data Analyst, Project Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a data analyst and project manager to support the Fisher Healthcare Digital Marketing team. This hybrid role combines analytics across marketing and commercial data with project management discipline, requiring expertise in dashboarding, SQL, and enterprise platforms to drive insights into action.
Responsibilities
- Build Power BI dashboards and ensure data accuracy across Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, and Salesforce
- Analyze transactional and finance data to support sales, pricing, and growth initiatives using SQL and Databricks
- Lead SEO strategy and organic search analysis using Semrush; diagnose trends and guide execution teams
- Manage marketing and commercial initiatives end-to-end from intake through benefit tracking using Smartsheet and Workfront
- Develop customer segmentation and journey analyses leveraging CRM data to inform healthcare strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with data or marketing analytics focus
- 5+ years data analytics experience spanning marketing and commercial domains
- Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce
- Experience with SEO analysis tools like Semrush and organic search trend interpretation
- Project management experience using Smartsheet, Excel, and Workfront at execution and portfolio levels
- Background working with transactional, finance, and enterprise data platforms
- Healthcare, diagnostics, or medical distribution industry experience preferred
