ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - 12 Hour Day or Night ShiftsThis is a 13-week contract position.12-hour shifts, available for day or night assignments. Schedule consists of 72 hours every two weeks.Manage and provide care for patients in a 9-bed ICU setting, ensuring high standards of patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 2:1 unless one-on-one care is required. Be prepared to assist with potential Med/Surg overflow, where the nurse-to-patient ratio may shift to 3 to 4 patients per nurse.Provide comprehensive patient care in the ICU environment.Monitor stable pediatric patients as necessary, transferring unstable cases to a higher level of care.Collaborate with a team of at least three nurses per shift.Float to other departments as needed without taking on a team of patients.Take charge nurse duties when assigned, receiving an additional stipend for these responsibilities.Valid RN licensure.Current PALS certification.Experience in pediatric care is essential.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
