The Opportunity As we accelerate our growth, we're investing in exceptional talent to shape the future of sales intelligence. We're looking for an experienced, visionary product designer to join our team, collaborate with senior product leadership, and craft a compelling design vision that aligns with our ambitious strategy. Key Responsibilities Hands‑On Design Execution: Deliver high‑quality designs throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and wireframing to prototyping and polished user experiences. Information Architecture: Elevate our product's information architecture to enhance clarity, intuitiveness, and user satisfaction. User‑Centric Research: Partner with Product to conduct meaningful user research, understand user behaviors, and translate insights into intuitive design decisions. Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to iterate rapidly, validate ideas, and deliver outstanding user‑centric designs. Strategic Design Leadership: Partner with product management to translate Sybill's vision into an inspiring design strategy. Create compelling visuals that showcase this future to customers. Minimum Required Qualifications Experience: 3+ years as a product designer, with significant B2B SaaS product design experience; startup experience highly preferred. Design Expertise: Deep proficiency in UX/UI design, information architecture, and interaction design; strong portfolio showing successful solutions to complex problems. Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop high‑level design vision aligned with product strategy, balanced with hands‑on execution. Ownership Mindset: Strong personal accountability, with initiative to drive business impact. Mentorship & Leadership: Experience mentoring or managing designers, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred AI & Generative AI: Experience designing for AI‑driven products or strong familiarity with generative AI technologies. Sales Empathy: Understanding of sales workflows and tools, with ability to empathize with sales teams' challenges and goals.
