As asenior datasecurityengineeron our team,you'llbeintegral to architecting, deploying, andoperatingsecurity solutions across variousDoWclientsin the Indo-Pacific.You'lluse your extensive knowledge of data security toolsand endpoint detection and response (EDR) tomonitor,detect,and respondtopotentially malicious cyber behavior that could compromise data,systems,or the mission.You'll create standard operating procedures and configurations foroptimalZero Trust security posture.You'll coordinate with multi-discipline Zero Trust engineering team to recommendenhanced design and operations.You'll also mentor the next set ofadvanced cybersecurityengineersto help them grow intoour nation's front line of defense.

You Have:

• Experience designing, deploying, and configuring data security solutions
• Experience withElastic for visibility andanalytics
• Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools such as Forcepoint,Trellix, or Symantec
• Experience with cyber event analyticsand workflow
• Experience documenting and diagramingworkflow processes
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• 5+ years of experience designing, deploying, and configuring data security solutions
• Experience working in federal, DoD, or IC agency environments
• Experience managing andmaintainingcontainerization solutions
• Knowledge of Virtru Data Security Platform (DSP) and Kafka
• Knowledge of Trusted Data Format (TDF) and Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC)
• Knowledge of Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel
• Knowledge of federal information security policies, standards, procedures, directives, and frameworks, federal security authorizations, assessment, and risk management processes for enterprise systems
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in an IT, Cybersecurity, or Engineering field
• CISSP,GSE, CASP+ orsimilarAdvanced Security Certifications

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance isrequired.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
