This role requires a strategic yet hands‑on finance leader who is equally comfortable driving long‑term growth initiatives and partnering closely with operations to improve day‑to‑day business performance. The ideal candidate will bring prior CFO experience within a private equity‑backed manufacturing environment, along with the urgency, drive, and leadership presence needed to help scale the business. This individual will serve as a key partner to ownership and operations leadership, driving profitability, operational efficiency, cash flow performance, and strategic execution across the organization. Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities Lead all aspects of finance, including reporting, FP&A, and KPI management Partner with ownership and executive leadership to drive strategic growth, profitability, and overall business performance Drive operational and financial improvements across multi‑site manufacturing operations Provide strategic guidance on growth, profitability, capital allocation, and operational initiatives Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization initiatives Manage banking, lender, and external financial relationships, ensuring compliance and timely, accurate reporting Partner cross‑functionally to improve pricing strategy, margins, cost structure, and operational efficiency Oversee manufacturing finance functions, including cost accounting, inventory control, and capital expenditures Support acquisitions, integration activities, capital investments, and strategic growth initiatives as needed Build and lead a high‑performing finance and accounting team Chief Financial Officer Qualifications Prior CFO experience required Private equity‑backed manufacturing experience required 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience required ERP systems experience required #J-18808-Ljbffr
