Territory Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager | New York City (5 Boroughs)

An established power generation organization is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow its New York City territory, selling generator solutions to electrical contractors and commercial & industrial customers across the five boroughs.

This is a field-based role for a proven hunter who can open new accounts, build relationships with key decision-makers, and run complex, project-based sales from start to finish.

Compensation & Perks:

• $150K+ first-year OTE (strong base + uncapped commission)
• Top performers earning $300K+
• Average deal sizes of $70K–$80K
• 50/50 mix of new business and inbound/reactive opportunities

Ideal Background:

• 4+ years of solution-based or contractor sales experience
• Proven success in territory development, prospecting, and new business
• Generator, electrical equipment, power, or electrical contractor industry experience preferred
• Experience selling to estimators, project managers, engineers, or electrical contractor owners
• Comfortable with longer sales cycles (6–12+ months) and independently owning a territory
• Must live in the NYC area
• Bachelor’s degree required
