- Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming attitude

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements

- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the venue and events

- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service operations

- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area

- Process payments and manage the cash register

- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
