Qualifications: ?Education: MD|DO degree from an accredited medical school; completion of OB|GYN residency and MIGS fellowship. ?Licensure: Active New York State Medical License; MIGS Board Certified or Eligible. ?Experience: Specialization in robotic surgery (e.g., da Vinci platform) required. ?Technical Skills: Expertise in laparoscopic|hysteroscopic procedures, endometriosis management, and fibroid resection. ?Soft Skills: Bilingual (Spanish|English) preferred, strong communication, empathy, and cultural competency.
