AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring full-time, motivated Customer Service Representatives fluent in English/Spanish to join our industry-leading Insurance Call Center team. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

What We Offer

• Starting Pay: $24.00 $26.00/hour
• Bilingual Fluency: English/Spanish fluency assessment provided
• Location Requirement: must reside within 80 miles of 1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019
• Remote Training Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week). 100% virtual training program lasting approximately 4 months. Training shifts will be scheduled anywhere between 9:00am-9:00pm MondayFriday. Saturday shifts (9:00am-7:15pm) are required during bullpen (on-the-job training) to support live calls; when scheduled, a weekday off will be provided.
• Remote Work Schedule (Post-Training): Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week). Work shifts will be scheduled within the hours of 9:00am-9:15pm Monday-Friday, and every Saturday between 9:00am-7:15pm. One weekday off will be provided each week.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to AAA memberships
• Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services
• Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset
• Think quickly and critically to resolve issuesthis is not a scripted environment
• Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance your performance

Work-From-Home Requirements

• Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions.
• You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.).
• Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment with an internet speed of at least 50 mbps to 100 mbps for downloads & 10 mbps for uploads.
• Internet service must adequately support the employee's work hours to ensure optimal voice & data quality.
• You are required to provide documentation regarding your carrier & internet speed.
• A company-provided computer and partial internet reimbursement are included to support the reasonable cost of your connectivity.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting.
• Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
• Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments.

What You'll Need

• Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, are required.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
• A flexible, "can-do" mindset and willingness to adapt to change
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must reside within 80 miles of 1225 Freeport Parkway, Coppell, TX 75019
