Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Product Security Senior Manager (Level L) to join the Product Security Engineering (PSE) team in North Charleston, SC. Primary responsibilities Manages employees and first-level managers developing, implementing, and sustaining product security and resiliency throughout the product requirements, design, build, test, production, operations, and support lifecycle Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives. Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience) Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry 14+ years of engineering leadership experience 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems integration, software engineering, electrical engineering, certification, network security and/or cybersecurity 3+ years of experience in engineering project planning or project management Ability to build and deliver executive level presentations and coordinate and drive tasks and actions with senior managers Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience) ABET accredited Degree At least one of the following certifications: CompTIA Security+, Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Experience providing technical leadership to cross functional engineering teams Strong communication skills, written and verbal Drug Free Workplace Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
