Apply today!Hoist Operator Responsibilities:- Fulfill orders submitted to the Warehouse for all daily programs, special projects, and supplies per Work Instructions- Maintain version control for similar items and large orders- Operate powered industrial trucks as required by safety laws, regulations, and expectations during the picking process- Maintain assigned aisles in accordance with quality and cleanliness standards.- Organize and maintain warehouse and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to, but not limited to, security and protecting privacy of client and company information, production standards, and general safetyRequirements for Hoist Operator:- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, especially in lighting or electrical components- Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and work orders- Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude- Strong attention to detail and quality standards- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods- Dependable and punctual with a positive team attitudeQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
