Retail Sales Associate-Entry Level

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our entry level team . In this role, you will be the face of our clients' brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain customer relationships within a face to face environment
Generate new leads and customer acquisitions
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
Attendance to company meeting, in office and virtually

Qualifications:

A driven, competitive mindset with a hunger for success.
Strong leadership qualities and a results-oriented attitude.
Excellent communication and people skills—confidence is key!
High school diploma or GED
