Independent of fundraising, they invest from their balance sheet, operating in a similar way to other private equity funds. What the job involves Active involvement across the full investment cycle: evaluation, execution and monitoring Conducting in-depth financial and commercial analysis, and preparing materials for investment committees Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating external advisors Working closely with senior team members to drive value creation initiatives at portfolio companies and contributing to board-level discussions Who we are looking for Strong academic background, ideally in business, finance, economics or a related field Prior professional M&A experience from top-tier investment bank, management consulting or private equity firm Exceptional commercial / financial analysis skills and excellent commercial judgement Native-level German and business fluent English skills are required #J-18808-Ljbffr PER
