Production Helper
The Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by operating equipment, assembling products, packaging finished goods, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery according to established work instructions
- Perform assembly, packaging, and general production tasks
- Load materials and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and work areas
- Complete assigned tasks in a fast-paced production environment
Qualifications
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a production environment and following sanitation and safety procedures

- Requires standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motions throughout the shift

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albert Lea, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
