Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun. Build relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s latest adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions. Qualifications Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children. Have at least six months of professional teaching experience (preferred one year). Have an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred); a high school diploma or GED (required).
