Inside Sales Assistant

About the Role The Inside Sales Assistant supports our sales team with order entry and client communications. You'll respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders accurately and on time. Day to day, you'll maintain regular communication with customers and vendors, track order status, resolve issues related to pricing, availability, and delivery, update sales records and CRM data, assist with lead follow-up, and support promotional campaigns. You'll work closely with our warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams to keep operations running smoothly. This is an entry-level role requiring minimal (1-3 years) experience, with opportunities for advancement and compensation growth based on performance. Schedule Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Fully on-site at our City of Industry, CA facility Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or a related role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required (lookups, sorting/filtering, and working with large data sets) Strong communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries, build relationships, and resolve issues professionally Comfort with CRM systems, ERP, and Microsoft Office, with accurate data entry skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Order processing experience (entering orders, tracking shipments, coordinating with internal teams) is a plus Knowledge of or interest in storage solutions (HDD, SSD, memory, flash, JBOD) is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field a plus Base salary: $40,000 - $60,000, depending on experience Bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Performance-based opportunities for advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr PLPC
