Assistant Front Office Manager

Seeking a dedicated front office professional to drive performance at this property in the heart of Music City, downtown Nashville. The Assistant Front Office Manager position is an exciting opportunity for the advancement of an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to lead and inspire a high-performing front desk team across three properties within a nationally recognized tri-brand complex.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel front office
- Minimum 1-year supervisory experience required
- A skilled and confident problem solver
- Marriott experience preferred
- Desire to train, mentor, coach, and develop a front office team to achieve individual and team performance goals
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing front desk team across three properties within a nationally recognized tri-brand complex
- Drive enrollment and participation in Marriott Bonvoy
- Lead, coach, and develop the Front Desk team
- Participate in the property Manager on Duty (MOD) program
