About the Job You will join the Information Technology Service and Support team, and help provide expert services to Fortune 500 companies, top 10 law firms in the US and government agencies around the world. This involves supporting expert consultants with their hardware and software needs, while helping to keep IT operations running smoothly. What you’ll be doing Level 2 technical support and troubleshooting for laptops, software applications, virtual machines, video conferencing, networks, and mobile devices, with the possibility of involvement in IT projects if assigned. Manage and support Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, and maintaining active directory objects. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication across in-person, Microsoft Teams, email, and phone interactions. Create, update, and maintain knowledge base articles following Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodology. Image, configure, and deploy laptops and virtual machines, ensuring proper setup and functionality. Onboarding and mentoring junior team members. What you bring Must haves 1 year minimum of relevant experience required (3-5 years preferred) Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, SCCM, and Active Directory Solid understanding of Intune, GoToAssist, SimpleHelp, TeamViewer, an ITIL aligned ticketing system, Unix, Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP desktop hardware or similar. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Motivation to learn new skills and technology Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
